§ 174.051 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Village Police Department, the Hancock County Park District Rangers, and any other law enforcement officials so designated shall exercise and be permitted to exercise police powers over the park and playground according to these rules and regulations as well as any other ordinances of the village and laws as contained in the Ohio Revised Code.
