§ 115.08 EXPIRATION OF APPROVAL, NON-ASSIGNMENT AND CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   An approved poultry housing license will expire and have no validity 90 days after it is approved, if inspection and approval of the same is not given by the Village Building and Zoning Officer.
   (B)   No poultry housing license may be assigned, sold, or transferred.
   (C)   The location of the poultry housing, as identified within the application, shall be not changed or modified.
