Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or resists enforcement of any provisions of this chapter, or the conditions and restrictions imposed upon the same through the issuance of the license shall be subject to the following:
(A) A person in violation of this chapter shall be provided a written notification of said violation, and given a specific timeframe to correct the same.
(B) A person in violation of this chapter for a second time shall be subject to a fine of $25, as established pursuant to Chapter 35 of the Village Municipal Code.
(C) A person in violation of this chapter for a third time shall be subject to license suspension or revocation.
(D) A person in violation of this chapter shall also be subject to the penalties contained in § 10.99.
