A poultry housing license holder may slaughter poultry, that are granted pursuant to said license, when the license holder deems the poultry no longer useful or necessary. Any poultry slaughter that is granted pursuant to this chapter, shall be done in an enclosed area, away from the view of the general public, and completed in a humane manner.
