(A) A non-refundable application fee of $150 shall be included with any application submitted to the village for a poultry housing license.
(B) A permit fee of $50 shall be required prior to the construction of the poultry house; or a permit fee of $150 shall be required prior to the construction of the poultry house, if the chicken coop or chicken run will utilized electricity.
