All persons wishing to house poultry within the Village of Mazon shall obtain a license. The word person as used in this chapter means any individual who is the owner of the property in which the poultry housing, which includes a chicken coop and chicken run as defined herein, is to be established. Poultry shall be defined as female domesticated chickens.
