No resident shall own, harbor or care for an exotic animal within the village limits. EXOTIC ANIMAL is defined as any non-domesticated canine, non-domesticated feline, non-domesticated rodent, any reptile which may pose a threat to human safety, any wildlife, non-human primates, and any animal requiring special state or federal permits.
