(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to possess any tobacco products of any kind.
(B) No person shall violate the provisions of this chapter, or the Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons Under 21 Years of Age and Sale of Distribution of Tobacco Products Act, as may be amended, 720 ILCS 675/0.01 et seq., and the same is hereby restated and incorporated herein.
