§ 113.99 PENALTY; CODES ADOPTED.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750, for the first offense, and shall be fined for a second or any subsequent offense, not less than $150, nor more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day on which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue. Whenever a monetary fine is assessed by the court pursuant to this chapter, the court is further expressly authorized by the village to use dispositions, including, but not limited to, court supervision, deferred judgment, conditional discharge, and suspended sentence.
   (B)   No person shall violate the provisions of this chapter, or the Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons Under 21 Years of Age and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act, as may be amended, (720 ILCS 675/0.01 et seq.), and the same is hereby restated and incorporated herein.
