It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to purchase tobacco products, electronic cigarettes or alternative nicotine products as a result of misrepresenting their identity or age, or using any false or altered identification for the purpose of purchasing tobacco products, electronic cigarettes or alternative nicotine products.
