§ 32.33 ELECTING PARTICIPATION IN THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND.
   (A)   The village does hereby elect to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF), in accordance with division (B) below, effective January 1, 1993.
   (B)   The standard for IMRF participation shall be a position normally requiring performance of duty for 1,000 hours per year.
   (C)   The Village Clerk is hereby directed to promptly file a certified copy of this subchapter with the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
