§ 154.155 RECORDING; CERTIFICATES.

To entitle a final plat to be entered in the proper record books in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county, the certificates set forth in §§ 154.157 through 154.162 shall accompany it. These certificates shall be lettered or printed legibly with black durable ink, or typed.
