§ 154.145 FINAL PLAT; PREPARATION; SUBMISSION.

Within 12 months after approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall prepare and submit to the Planning and Zoning Board a final plat incorporating all required modifications to the preliminary plat, unless such 12-month period is extended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
