§ 154.103 TOPSOIL.

Topsoil shall not be removed from the subdivision, but shall be redistributed so as to provide at least six inches of cover on the lots and between sidewalks and curbs, and shall be stabilized by seeding or planting. Any excess topsoil may be removed from the subdivision by the developer.
