§ 154.101 LOTS; FRONTAGE ON MAJOR STREETS.
   Where residential lots fronting on major streets or highways are permitted by the Zoning and Planning Committee, they should be platted with extra depth to permit generous distances between the buildings and such trafficways. Where lots front on major streets, the normal building setback line shall be increased by an additional 20 feet. Business, commercial or industrial buildings in residential blocks shall be provided with setbacks at least equal to the setback of the residential properties in that block and shall comply with all applicable zoning requirements.
