§ 154.097 LOTS; PARTIAL UTILITY SUBDIVISION; TEMPORARY.
   In a temporary partial utility subdivision, the developer may establish zoning lots which provide not less than 21,780 square feet of lot area and maintain a minimum frontage at the building setback line of 180 feet. Each such zoning lot designed and approved in a temporary partial utility subdivision shall contain not less than two lots, neither of which shall be less than 60 feet wide at the building setback line, numbered as follows: “Lot #       , A and B.” Building permits shall be issued on only one of such lots until such time as full public utilities are provided; however, the remaining lots may be utilized for the installation and maintenance of an individual sewage disposal unit.
