When a final plat of subdivision has been approved by the Village Board, all required approvals are obtained and the plat is recorded, such approval by the Village Board shall constitute acceptance for the purpose(s) designated on the plat of all land shown on the plat as dedicated to or reserved for the public use, including street dedications.
