§ 154.057 PROVISIONS FOR STORMWATER AND FLOODWATER RUNOFF REQUIRED.

The Planning and Zoning Board shall not recommend for approval by the Village Board any plat of subdivision which does not make adequate provision for stormwater or floodwater runoff channels or basins.
