For the subdivision platting of any land lying outside the corporate boundaries of the village but within one and one-half miles thereof, the procedures set forth in this chapter shall apply except for the following modifications.
(A) Approval of preliminary plat. After approval and recommendation of a subdivision plat by the Village Planning and Zoning Board, such plat shall be forwarded to the Village Board for approval.
(B) Final plat approval. After approval and recommendation for a final plat of subdivision by the Village Planning and Zoning Board, such plat shall be forwarded to the Village Board for approval.
(C) Other required approvals. Any other approval, certificate, review, inspection, bond or guarantee required in this chapter shall be handled pursuant to the applicable governing authority’s requirements for land subdivision.
