Prior to the submission of the preliminary plat of any proposed subdivision within the jurisdiction of the village, the subdivider shall make known his or her intentions to the Zoning Officer. During this preliminary or reapplication stage, the actions set forth in §§ 154.037 through 154.039 shall be taken.
