§ 32.01 ADOPTION OF NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
   (A)   It is the policy of the village to adopt the National Incident Management System (NIMS) concept of emergency planning and unified command.
   (B)   As a matter of policy, all village officials and personnel with an emergency management role are to be trained in the NIMS training in all emergency management training programs.
