§ 131.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation, who by himself, herself or another, his or her principal, agent or otherwise shall violate the provisions of §§ 131.01 through 131.07, shall be fined for the first offense not less than $10 nor more than $25, and for the second offense not less than $25 nor more than $50.

      (2)   Violators of § 131.03 shall for the first offense be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25 nor more than $50.

      (3)    Violators of § 131.05 shall be fined not exceeding $25 and not less than $3.

   (C)   Any person or persons violating any provision of §§ 131.20 through 131.26 shall be punished by a fine in the amount of not less than $75, nor more than $750 for each offense; a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
