§ 131.03 PLACES OF OPERATION DECLARED PUBLIC NUISANCE.

All places where slot machines and other gambling devices described or mentioned in this subchapter are held or operated shall be taken and declared to be common and public nuisance, and whoever shall keep any such place by himself or herself or his or her agents or servants, shall be fined as set forth in § 131.99.
