(A) Persons in violation of this subchapter shall have until 30 days after notification of violation of this subchapter to abate said nuisance. If not abated by the specified time, nuisances shall be removed at the expense of the violator and such violator will be cited.
(B) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this subchapter in the office of the County Clerk and to take such other steps towards the enactment of this subchapter as required by law.
