§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   In addition to the lien remedy in § 93.07, any person who fails to abate a weed nuisance within ten days of the notice provided for in § 93.04 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which said nuisance remains unabated.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 93.20 through 93.23 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.

   (D)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 93.50 and 93.51 shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
