It is unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to permit or maintain the existence of any nuisance on any property under his, her or its control. The President and Health Officer of the village are each authorized to abate any nuisances existing in the village immediately following a 30-day written notification of any nuisance, whether such nuisance is one specifically recognized by ordinance or not.
