§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.10 shall be fined as follows:

      (1)   For the first offense, not less than $50 nor more than $750; and

      (2)   For the second or subsequent offense, not less than $100 nor more than $750.
