It shall be the responsibility of all persons who own, possess or are otherwise in control of a cat, dog or other domesticated animal to remove any and all solid waste generated or deposited by said animal within the village within a reasonable period of time. Any persons who violate provisions hereof shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 90.99.
