It shall be unlawful to permit any dangerous animal or vicious animal of any kind to run at large within the village. Exhibitions, parades or other public display of any animal which may be dangerous shall be conducted only upon securing a permit from the Village Board. The village hereby adopts the regulations contained in the Grundy County Animal County Ordinance, as amended from time to time, regarding the determination of whether a dog should be classified as a “dangerous animal” or a “vicious animal”. Remedies and penalties for animals determined to fall under one of these classifications shall be consistent with the Grundy County Animal Control Ordinance.
