No vehicle shall be parked with the left side of such vehicle at the curb or curb line, and it shall be unlawful to stand or park any vehicle in a street other than parallel with the curb or curb line and with the two right wheels of the vehicle within 12 inches of the regularly established curb line, except upon Depot Street, from the south line of Park Street to the northerly line of Front Street, where vehicles shall be parked at an angle of 45 degrees with the curb, and the right front corner of each vehicle shall be against the curb.
