§ 72.01 NO PARKING PLACES.
   At any time it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other vehicles or in compliance with the direction of traffic police officers or signals, to stand in any of the following places:
   (A)   In any intersection;
   (B)   In a crosswalk;
   (C)   Within 30 feet of a through street sign on the approaching side;
   (D)   Within 20 feet of any intersection;
   (E)   At any place where the standing of a vehicle reduces the usable width of the roadway for moving traffic to less than 18 feet;
   (F)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
   (G)   Within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing;
   (H)   At any place where the vehicle would block the use of a driveway;
   (I)   At any place where official signs prohibit parking;
   (J)   At any and all places upon North Street;
   (K)   On State Route 47 north of its intersection with the Grand Ridge Road, a distance of 500 feet north of said intersection; and
   (L)   On the north side and the south side of Jonquil Lane, approximately 112 feet west of the intersection of Illinois Route 47 and Jonquil Lane.
