§ 51.087 NOTICE OF RATES.
   A copy of §§ 51.080 through 51.088 properly certified by the Village Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of the charges of the combined waterworks and sewerage system of said village on their properties.
