In all residential subdivisions in the village subsequent hereto, the developer shall install a supplemental storm sewer service line for each lot within any proposed development for the purpose of serving residential stormwater sump pump discharge lines. All sump pump discharge lines shall attach to said supplemental stormwater service line. Said supplemental stormwater services lines shall be connected to the storm sewer systems at inlets or catch basins, and may also be used to collect surface drainage as required by § 51.036. Service connections directly to the storm sewer laterals shall be permitted only with pre-cast connections in order to preserve the structural and hydraulic integrity of the main line sewer.
