§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to violate any term of any variance issued pursuant to § 131.10. For violations of § 131.10, a court may impose a fine of not less than $1,000 and not more than $1,500 for each offense, and/or a sentence of imprisonment of not more than 30 days, or both.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of the Village Code relating to prostitution, unless a separate penalty specifically and expressly applies, shall be fined not less than $1,00 nor more than $1,500 for each offense in addition to any other penalty authorized in the Code, including but not limited to the news media notification in § 131.03, as amended.
