§ 131.03 NOTIFICATION TO NEWS MEDIA.

The Chief of Police shall distribute to all local newspapers, radio and television stations the names and addresses of persons, other than juveniles, arrested on charges of solicitation of a sexual act (720 ILCS 5/11-14.1), patronizing a prostitute (720 ILCS 5/11-18) or patronizing a juvenile prostitute (720 ILCS 5/11-18.1).
