No cigarettes, smokeless tobacco products or other tobacco products to be sold by a retailer of tobacco products, as licensed by the Village under this chapter and § 111.31(A) of this Code, may be displayed for sale or stored other than in a secure area. For purposes of this section, a SECURE AREA shall mean an area behind the register counter of the retail establishment that is not accessible to consumers. See § 11.3 (Generic Use Standards) of the Zoning Ordinance at subsection J. for certain tobacco product display limitations specific to gas stations.
