§ 116.05 LICENSE FEE; LICENSE LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   The annual license fee for a retail tobacco dealer’s license, tobacco shop and smoking lounge shall be as set forth in § 110.13 (cigarettes/tobacco dealer, tobacco shop and smoking lounge) of this Code.
   (B)   The licensing period relative to the annual license fee shall commence on the first day of each year and shall expire on December 31 following the date of issuance.
   (C)   The number of licenses for certain types of businesses shall be capped as follows:
      (1)   No more than 2 licenses to engage in the business of a tobacco shop shall be active any 1 time; and
      (2)   No more than 6 licenses to engage in the business of a smoking lounge shall be active at any 1 time.
