§ 110.13 FEES.
   (A)   All businesses located in or operating in the Village shall pay a business license fee to the Village in accordance with this chapter. License fees payable to the Village shall be collected by the Director of Finance. License fees under the terms of this chapter, for businesses, occupations, activities and uses set forth, shall be as provided herein. Any business located in or operating in the Village included in this section, but which the Village is preempted from regulating under the Illinois Professional Regulation Acts (225 ILCS) or under any other applicable regulatory or licensing state or federal laws, shall be subject to a comparable certificate fee as outlined in § 110.18 of this Code.
   (B)   License fees shall be paid annually unless otherwise provided, and proof of any bond or liability insurance policy required by this chapter shall be provided with the license fee.
      (1)   General business.
         (a)   Type “A”              $200;
         (b)   Type “B”              $100;
         (c)   Type "C"            $100.
      (2)   Industrial establishment.

   (C)   In the event that a license is not renewed at or prior to the expiration of the preceding license period, then the license fee to be paid by the licensee shall be 150% of the applicable license fee set forth in this section.
