(A) The Official Plan of the Village is established to consist of the following:
(1) The Official Map of the Village, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk and incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof;
(2) The Comprehensive Village Plan of the Village, which plan is on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
(B) The Official Plan shall be in full force and effect within the Village and in unincorporated territory within 1-1/2 miles of the Village, from and after its passage as provided by law, provided that notice of the adoption of this Plan shall be recorded with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
