§ 151.01 PLAN COMMISSION/ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   Membership; terms. A Plan Commission is created and established. The Plan Commission shall consist of 7 members. The members of the Plan Commission shall also be members of the Zoning Board of Appeals and shall be appointed to 5 year terms by the Village President with the approval of the Board of Trustees. Members may be removed by the Village President and Board of Trustees for cause after written charges have been filed and after a public hearing has been held if demanded by the member so charged. The Plan Commission shall have the powers and duties set forth in the Village's Zoning Ordinance. The members of the Plan Commission shall, by a majority vote of the members then holding office, elect 1 of the members to be chairperson of the Plan Commission. The Chairperson of the Plan Commission shall also be the Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The member elected chairperson shall hold office until such time as a successor is elected or his or her membership on the Plan Commission terminates for any reason. The chairperson, or in his or her absence, the acting chairperson, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses at hearing of the Plan Commission.
   (B)   Meetings. All meetings of the Plan Commission shall be held at the call of the chair or at such other times as the Plan Commission may determine. The Plan Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure and may require submission of such records and other information necessary to make its determinations. A copy of said rules of procedure shall be made available in the Community Development Department.
