(A) No person shall operate a music device without a license therefor, nor operate the same between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., except that an establishment that holds a valid Class N liquor license may operate a music device during the permitted hours of operation for a Class N liquor license as set forth in § 117.41 (Hours of Operation) of this Code. The fee shall be as set forth in § 110.13 (vending machines).
(B) For the purpose of this section, a MUSIC DEVICE shall be a mechanical instrument, device or thing which is used or operated or which may be used or operated by insertion of any coin, slug or token.
