§ 113.16 INVESTIGATION OF PREMISES, APPLICANT; ISSUANCE.
   The Director of Finance, upon the receipt of an application for a license pursuant to this chapter, shall cause the Community Development Department and the Fire Department to make a thorough investigation of the premises proposed to be licensed, and if satisfied that the required standards of § 113.03 of this chapter are met, and that the applicant is otherwise qualified, the Director of Finance, pursuant to a favorable written report of findings from the above, shall issue a license to the applicant for a period of 1 year to conduct such a home of the class designated at the location specified. The license shall state the maximum number of residents that may be accommodated at any 1 time. The Director of Finance shall advise the applicant of the necessity of obtaining a license from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
