§ 111.16 LAUNDRY VEHICLES.
   (A)   Defined. The term LAUNDRY VEHICLE as used in this chapter shall be construed to mean any vehicle used for the purpose of collecting and delivering laundry within the Village limits.
   (B)   License. No person shall operate or cause to be operated, on any of the streets, alleys or other public places of the Village, any laundry vehicle without a license therefor. The fee shall be as set forth in § 110.13.
   (C)   Application. The applicant shall state the character of the vehicle for which the license is applied for. The Building Director shall cause such investigation to be made as is necessary for the purpose of determining whether such laundry vehicle complies with the sanitary and health regulations of the Village.
   (D)   License plate. Every person who shall operate on any of the streets, alleys or other public places of the Village any laundry vehicle shall obtain from the Director of Finance at the time the license therefor is issued a painted metallic plate 8 inches long and 4 inches wide for each vehicle so licensed. Such plate shall have stamped thereon a number corresponding to the number of such laundry vehicle license the word “Maywood” and the expiration date of the license period. Such plates shall be of a different color for each license period. Every laundry vehicle for which such plate has been furnished shall have the same securely fastened on the right side of such vehicle in such manner that the same may be easily seen.
