§ 111.02 COAL YARDS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to establish any coal yard within the Village limits, and no license shall be issued for the establishment of any yard therein.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to pile any coal in such a way that it can fall down upon adjoining property or upon any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place.
