§ 111.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 110.10 shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99 in addition to such other penalties as may be specified in this title. Additionally, the Village Present may, following notice and a hearing pursuant to § 110.17, suspend or revoke any such license as provided in Chapter 110 for violations of the provisions of this Code.
