The Manual of Procedures for the Administration of the Sewer Permit Ordinance, amended April 7, 1994 (and any subsequent amendments) by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and the whole thereof of which not less than 3 copies are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, the same being adopted as an integral part of the procedures for the administration of sanitary sewer permits.
