All new towers or antennas in the Village shall be subject to the regulations of this chapter, except for those communication facilities that are exempt under § 120.02, or small wireless facilities as defined and regulated in Chapter 160 (Small Wireless Facilities) of this code, to the extent the provisions in Chapter 160 conflict with the regulations of this chapter.
