351.13 PARKING ON FRONT YARDS OR TREE LAWNS.
(a) No person or property owner shall, at any time, park, or store, or permit to be parked or stored, on residential property, any motor vehicle, truck, tractor-trailer, motorcycle, trailer, bus, boat or other vehicle, between the residential setback line and the public right of way, except on the driveway and/or lawful turn-around area.

(b) Vehicles parked in such areas for the purpose of selling must be owned by a resident of the premises upon which such vehicle is parked.
(c) No vehicle shall be parked, for the purpose of selling, for more than fourteen days. No person shall display more than two vehicles on any premise during any twelve-month period.
(d) Signs shall be limited to no more than a total of six square feet in area and must be placed inside the windows of the vehicle. Vehicles without windows may place a single sign no larger than six square feet in area. (Ord. 97-13. Passed 3-17-97.)
