103.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter certain terms are defined as follows:

   (a)    "Public body" means the Council of this Municipality, and any board, commission, committee or similar decision making body of this Municipality.

   (b)    "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of the public body by a majority of its members. (Ord. 76-6. Passed 2-16-76.)
