Public Records

   EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 2007-23, the Mayor is hereby and herein authorized to adopt the Public Records Policy of the Village of Mayfield as approved by the Village’s Records Commission on September 19, 2007 as it may be amended from time to time as deemed necessary by future changes in the law and to take all other actions necessary as it relates to the Public Records Policy of the Village of Mayfield to establish compliance with H.B. 9.
